Don’t forget to balance work and play ethic in FAQ. Admission to TIU is based equally on academic potential and your resume of sports and activities. There is no weighting in favour of any particular thing.

I want to study at Telerik International University. Where can I find out more about your courses?

Details of all our academic programs can be found on this website. You’ll need to look here for major programs and here for our minor programs.

How do I apply?

Application is done electronically via secure online submission. You must email us for an application form and once you have completed it, use our secure site to send it back to us. We will send you a receipt for the form back straight away with details of how to follow the progress of your application online after that.

What are the dates of the next open days?

You’ll find details of all the open days as they are announced in our News and Events area. You can also request emails be sent to you directly regarding open days at TIU by sending an email to opendays@telerik.edu.

How much does it cost to study at TIU?

As a private institution, we currently charge $5000 per annum for study at TIU. You should also allow for living expenses. The average cost of student living was around $9500 last year.

Do you offer any sponsorships?

We do not offer specific sponsorships but each application received is considered for one of our ten annual discretionary bursaries which will cover your study. It will not cover you personal costs however.

Does TIU accept mature students?

Yes.

Do you accept transfer students?

Again, as we take each admission individually, if you provide complete information on what you have studied so far, we may allow you to start in the second year of your chosen course at TIU but in general, no. It depends on how compatible our courses are with your current course.

Do you offer distance learning or online courses?

All learning resources for our students are available online but as our emphasis is on work and play in equal measure, we do not offer distance learning courses.
