A full-time project administrator is required to work in the Sports Science faculty on a research project funded by FIFA. You will be responsible for co-ordinating meetings and communications between members of the core project team, making and circulating minutes, organizing travel/facilities for induction training events and overseas team visits, making arrangements for visiting researchers and organizing the final project conference. You will also be required to manage a central project data base, deal with requests for information/external enquiries; maintain project finance records and set-up and manage the project website. You will need to have a good level of literacy and numeracy with degree level education, demonstrable experience of multi-partner research/team administration, good time management; multi-tasking and work prioritization skills, and a willingness to travel to team meetings when required. The position is full-time for 36 months, starting 1 July 2007 or as soon as possible thereafter.
